The spokesman for the All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential Campaign Council, Festus Keyamo has revealed why his party needs cash on election day. According to him, the reason is because his party wants to buy coke, pepsi and other things for agents. He said the money is used as stipends, not vote buying.

He said: Every political party needs to move money around on election day… agents will drink Coke, Pepsi, they need to buy bread”
